I’ve read all the books to date a few times and I only do that with absolute all-time favourites. I can’t recommend this series enough, even though new-comers will certainly have a lot to catch up on! She was a madwomen possessed, nothing was stopping her and I dont think I’ve ever been prouder of her in that moment. Oh, it’s small, dusty, and ordinary in most ways, but the thing is, there are these Vampires If Amelie and Oliver don’t see just how vital Claire and the others are to the survival of the town, I’ll be very unhappy yes, I know the vamps are protrayed as self preservationists sp?
Or can’t these kids just figure out that their town is going to hell and to just leave? View all 7 comments. Vampire Diaries 1 by L. Black Dawn (Morganville Vampires) by Rachel Caine : Book Review
The draug have been undefeated jorganville the vampires for many centuries and when they attack Morganville causing the residents to evacuate the city, only a few stay behind to try and take their town back. Mainly because it’s summer and I didn’t have the huge urge to read and because the beginning was hard to get into.
He’d do just about anything for her, but if it involves sacrificing Shane, she’ll never forgive him for it. I don’t even need to say anything.
Please just let them be happy and let Shane stop threatening Myrnin or being jealous of him.
Black Dawn (The Morganville Vampires, #12) by Rachel Caine
They need to talk to each other. The book got better with every page and I continued straight onto the next one. For starters, I got the book, read modganville first chapter, and let it sit in a corner for weeks.
The gang try and come up with a solution to said danger which requires them moving from A to B for some reason or another. I’m sure Oliver put Pennywell when the hell did his name get changed to Pennyfeather?! If Amelie and Oliver don’t see just how vital Claire and the others are to the survival of the town, I’ll be v This book picks up right after Last Breath and the action never stops.
She didn’t know how she looked, but Monica seemed to shift a little, as if she was considering taking a step back. It’s been about 24hrs. I hope it doesn’t regress back to the first book, because I’d hate to read 12 books only to find out the trust and freedoms Claire and her friends have earned are all taken away.
All Vampire fans, Twilight fans and fanasy reads. Every time he goes through something like this, Claire always ends up crying and feeling hurt and alone not knowing what to do.
The Draug are trying to take over Morganville, they form out of water and it’s the only thing the vampires are terrified of, the draug feed on the vamps, they feed on humans only if necessary. There are a few deaths along the way, and the four main characters are never far from danger, as always the main ones for that is Claire ccaine Shane but what c Could this series get any more exciting? The book is stuffed with extra info and extra POVs from vampiers characters, some of them were completely unexpected Hannah wtf?!

When they change the reader mid series UGH! The author excels in getting the right vibe and feel of the situation. Have to admit it got a little confusing with the changing of points of view, which was a lot more in this book then in Bite Club and Last breath, but I also enjoyed it at the same time as it gave you a closer look into the other characters and their feelings and it gave you a better feeling as to what else was going on with the Morganville navies and their fight against the Draug.
Whilst most of the locals have already fled, student Claire Danvers and her friends Shane, Eve and Michael choose to stay and fight. If I see a book series I’ve been reading has released another book, I campires to read it because I dawm to know who ends up with who, what happens, etc, etc. Of course, as always where Shane is concerned, it’s not always vampirds focus and will probably make your heart freak out and have you refusing to believe what caune just read.
