However if you have more time and are eager to learn all the details, the book by John Lee “Introduction to Smooth Manifolds”would serve you better because he covers almost the same material well, there are three chapters which have not been mentioned here at all but in over pages.

An Introduction to Manifolds

Luckily, I found Loring Tu’s book which gives a gentler introduction to the subject. Contrary to what you might suspect from the title, Isham’s text is very mathematical; basically there is no physics at all.

I’d like to add: The Calculus of Variations Bruce van Brunt. Computation of de Rham Cohomology. An algebraic geometer by training, he has done research at the interface of algebraic geometry,topology, and differential geometry, including Hodge theory, degeneracy loci, moduli spaces of vector bundles, and equivariant cohomology. I have sampled many books on manifold theory and Tu’s seems the friendliest.

Loring Tu’s book has many computational examples and easy to medium level exercises, which are essential because of the onslaught of notation one encounters in manifold theory.

I would agree with some of the other reviewers that this should be a text every graduate student in mathematics should read.
